Vaccination Statement and Liability Waiver: By registering to participate in this event, I acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID, even for persons who are vaccinated against COVID. I agree that I will not hold RCPA or any of its officers, directors, or contractors responsible for exposure to COVID and I waive any rights I may have to seek financial damages against RCPA if I am exposed to COVID as a result of my attendance at this conference.
